The Menu Bar:

The Leadership Challenge: This section describes our premier leadership program, based on the million-seller book of the same name.  You will also find a schedule of public offereings and a description of facilitator training, that is now available.

Leadership Articles: In this section we have a variety of thoughtful articles written by the ILA partners about contemporary leadership issues. They are available for you to share.

Leadership Journal: We encourage people to keep a journal and we do as well. On a monthly basis we post an entry about a key topic we have been experiencing or learning about. These are similar to some of our articles, but usually shorter and more reflection oriented.

Programs/Services: Provides information about our powerful leadership development workshops and some of the specialized programs ILA has developed to meet individual client needs. Also included is an overview of the kind of consulting services ILA provides and our approach to executive coaching.

Assessment Instruments: Overviews the specific inventories most frequently used by ILA to help people and teams further develop their effectiveness.

Continuing Development: Primarily for past participants of our programs but useful for anyone learning leadership, we offer a variety of ongoing lessons to keep their leadership development moving ahead without relying totally on formal training.

Success Stories: Real world examples of tangible benefits and bottom line results clients have achieved from their partnership with us.

Leadership Model: Introduces the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership™, which is the foundation for much of our leadership development work. You will benefit from learning about the proven way in which we help leaders develop.
