Other
Important Factors: (things worth noting)
- The video case examples used are both contemporary
and relevant. Some were developed exclusively for this program.
- The program facilitators from ILA have been
working with Kouzes and Posner since The Leadership Challenge®
was originally published in the late 1980's, and have been key
contributors to later editions of the book. Along with the
authors, there is no one with more experience working with the
Five Practices than ILA. If you want to check us out, we
encourage you to drop Jim a note at jim@kouzesposner.com
- For nearly fifteen years, over 95%
of all participants have rated The Leadership Challenge® Workshop
as Superior or The Best leadership development program they have
ever had.

- Many of ILA's Leadership Challenge programs
include a high ropes challenge course for all who choose to participate.
We know there are many preconceived notions about ropes courses.
We also know that thousands of our previous participants will
tell you that this impactful experience made an enormous and positive
difference in their ability to lead others. Our partners
for these experiential learning-based programs include Venture
Out, the organizational development arm of Joy Outdoor Education
Center (located near Cincinnati), and the Corporate
Learning Institute (in Chicago). They are two of the
best in the world at providing lasting learning experiences. (Click on the logo to the right to visit the Venture Out web page.)
